Sharda Group has a State of Art Textile manufacturing set up for Woven Fabrics to meet out the complete Export and Indigenous requirement of our Fabrics and Home Textiles divisions.

The Group started its production of Fabrics with a small unit of 48 looms with sizing but in span of just 10 years, it has enhanced its capacity to 48 million metres per annum at its weaving units at Bhilwara.

Sharda Group has had a tremendous growth in its turnover of Fabrics and Yarns, both in the International and Domestic markets. This has been possible due to the efficient control over the weaving operations making Sharda cost competitive in a fiercely dynamic market place. The thrust of this expansion has been in the production of 100% Cotton and blended Fabrics.

All the Fabrics are being manufactured on latest state of art Sulzer projectile and Airjet weaving machines. We are able to supply :

• Narrow width Fabrics upto 180 cms from 120 TC to 800 TC ( in yarn count 8s to 80s) in Satin, Percale, Twill, Drill, Reverse Satin Stripe, Dobby.
• Wider width Fabrics upto 340 cms from 120 TC to 800 TC ( in yarn count 8s to 80s) in Satin, Percale, Twill, Reverse Satin Stripe, for enduse of Home Textiles.
• Bleached, Dyed and / or Printed Fabrics on rolls or bales as per buyer requirement.
• Micro Dyed & Printed , Plain and Seer sucker Fabrics.
• Knitted Fabrics made on Mayer & Cie and Terrot machines, both in Tubular and open width condition upto 30 Dia.
